Midvale Golf & Country Club Inc. v. New York State Liquor Authority (Supreme Court, Monroe County, 2009): Article 78 Petition filed on behalf of Midvale against the N.Y.S. Liquor Authority granted.  The Court dismissed the Liquor Authority’s charges against Midvale, consisting of thousands of dollars in fines levied against Midvale for its alleged sale of liquor to a non-member during a charity event held to benefit the Southeast Family YMCA.
